🪽 About Me — The Wing Lady 🪽
Hi! I’m Angela — the creator of Winged Walls Worldwide.
My wing journey started completely by accident… with a random set of wings in Nashville. I stood in front of them, took a photo, and instantly fell in love with the idea of interactive street art. From that moment on, every trip turned into a wing hunt.

But trying to find wings?
A nightmare.
A wormhole of old posts, broken addresses, missing artists, and dead links.
So… I started a list.
Then the list grew.
Then it grew again.
Eventually my type-A, nerd-at-heart self couldn’t help but organize everything into Excel spreadsheets, sorted by state and country. I taught myself how to build a Google Wing Map, linked it to my Facebook group, and suddenly… something magical happened.
People joined.
People shared.
People helped.

And a true wing community was born — one that now spans thousands of murals, friends who wing-hunt together, and members who support each other like family.
Today, I’m a mom to one college kid, an empty nester, and a 23+ year Toyota team member. I’m married to the most patient husband who never questions my wing adventures. And at home you’ll find me surrounded by animals: two cats, two farm dogs, backyard chickens, and of course… my beloved skunk Finley, who joins me on wing trips whenever he feels social.
This whole project began with one photo… and has turned into something bigger than I ever imagined.
